Frank and his family have embraced the joys and sorrows of community and village life in Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands and now in Ipswich QLD. Frank has worked with members of the Pacific Organic Ethical Trade Community (POET Com) and social enterprises in Vanuatu, PNG and the Solomon Islands. Working as part of the Australian Volunteer Program for International Development (AVID), Frank has served supporting agricultural and environmental restoration from natural disasters.
Frank works at a Christian school as a property manager, has completed a degree in mechanical engineering working in renewable and alternative fuels, and while working in the Pacific, he completed a masters of international and community development along with training in certified organic and fair trade agriculture principles. As part of delivering a school-based garden club, Frank completed training in Therapeutic Horticulture and is currently studying Regenerative Agriculture. Frank and his wife Sue are in their final year of training in the art of Spiritual Direction.
Frank and his family have facilitated regular meetings at Mt Tamborine to reflect, contemplate and regenerate both rainforest and souls, informed and shaped through Scripture-reading and nature walks.
