Jen has worked for two decades in natural resource management government incentive projects around NSW. She also has completed post-grad studies at Sydney Missionary and Bible College. She has worked for the Bush Church Aid Society of Australia and is currently a Christian Special Religious Education teacher in a number of Goulburn schools alongside part-time environmental work.

Jen is a founding member of the Board of Directors of A Rocha Australia and is in her third term.
